1. Digital Products & Delivery

We specialize in providing verified digital marketing assets and premium accounts. All products are delivered digitally.

Upon successful payment, your digital assets will be instantly available in your dashboard.
Downloads from our site are strictly plain-text (.txt) receipts containing your order details. We do not distribute executable files or software.
It is your responsibility to secure the digital assets immediately after purchase (e.g., changing passwords or recovery emails).

2. Wallet Balances & Payments

Our platform operates on a wallet-based system. You can deposit funds via automated gateways or manual methods.

Deposited funds are stored as "Store Credit" in your wallet and can be used solely for purchasing digital goods on our site.
No Cash Withdrawals: Wallet balances cannot be withdrawn to real-world bank accounts or mobile banking services.
Any attempt to manipulate the payment system, use stolen cards, or initiate fraudulent chargebacks will result in an immediate permanent ban.

3. Replacement & Refund Policy

Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final once the assets have been revealed or downloaded. However, we offer a strict replacement policy:

24-Hour Warranty: If the digital asset you purchased is defective, disabled, or non-functional at the time of delivery, you must report it within 24 hours via our support system to get a free replacement.
If a replacement is unavailable, the equivalent purchase amount will be refunded directly to your website Wallet Balance. We do not refund to your original payment method (e.g., bKash/Binance).

4. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

By using our services, you explicitly agree NOT to:

Use our products for illegal, unethical, or spamming activities.
Attempt to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer our platform.
Create multiple accounts to abuse free promotions or discount systems.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund.

5. Limitation of Liability

Virtual Shop acts as a provider of digital marketing tools. We are not responsible for any bans, suspensions, or losses incurred on third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) after the successful login and usage of the accounts by the buyer. You use these assets at your own discretion.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
